In the Groove

In the Groove In the groove started as a two hour show here on XLR radio on Friday evenings. It is now a three hour show from 9pm till midnight. We have lots of fun playing great music from the 1950’s through to the 1980’s. We also have the ‘in the groove’ sound quiz, a chart focus and other features. In addition to this on Sunday evenings we have ‘in the groove’ country style playing great country music across the decades, and if this wasn’t enough on Tuesday evenings we have ‘in the groove’ love songs special.
